The Hydroelectric Power Plant represents the heart of the Facility.
First Phase
The project will be primarily centered around renovating this specific portion of the warehouse. By focusing our resources here first, we can maximize our budget’s efficiency and lay a strong foundation for future enhancements throughout the entire facility. This strategic approach allows us to create a more functional space, while also paving the way for potential expansions or upgrades in the long run.
Second Phase
The remaining portion of the entire building will undergo a comprehensive renovation once the first phase of the project is finalized and fully operational. This subsequent phase will not only enhance the overall aesthetics of the premises but also improve functionality and modernize the facilities. Our aim is to create a cohesive and inviting environment that meets the needs of all users.
The Top Entrance
On the left-hand side of the screen, we can see the entryway to the second floor of the building, while on the right-hand side, a canal can be seen flowing with water towards a hydroelectric power plant.
The second floor
The long corridor, an imposing structure made of solid concrete that appears to stretch endlessly into the distance, carries within it the immense potential for a truly remarkable and transformative future.
Industrial Roof
Rust stains and chipped paint are visible in some areas, highlighting the age of the structure. The air is cool and damp while the interior roof is a testament to the resilience and endurance of industrial design, providing a stark reminder of the power and majesty of human engineering
